Brad Fischetti

For all the new fans, why don't you tell us a little about yourself?
My name is Brad Fischetti. I am a member of the group LFO. LFO is on hiatus and I am currently launching my new record label, 111 Records, and my new album; a project called "sari".

How long have you been singing?
I've been into music since I was a child.

Have you ever had any singing lessons? If so, for how long? Are you still taking them?
During LFO's earlier days we used vocal coaches. I honestly didn't learn anything from them, except to breathe from your belly. I suppose they help some people, but for me they are not effective.

How long have you been performing?
Since 1996.

Jessica: What's the best part about performing onstage at a concert?
The fan reaction.

Jessica: Who influenced you to be part of the music industry?
Growing up I listened to artists ranging from The Who to Public Enemy.

Bianca: Do you have a role model, in general? If so, who is it?
No.

Betsy: I understand you and the other members of LFO are on a hiatus. What are you up to these days?
I have just launched my new record label, 111 Records. (111records.com) The first release off 111 will be my own album; a project called "sari".

Alejandra: You just recorded your solo CD, Sari. How would you describe your music now?
It's alternative, moody, beautiful, personal, haunting.

Did you write any of your songs for that CD? If not, how did you pick the songs that were going to be on the album?
I wrote and produced every song.

If you could do a duet with any one artist from the past or present, who would it be and why?
Kurt Cobain. I think he was awesome.

What gave you the idea to start your own record company?
I have always been very active in the business side of the industry and had often thought about launching a small label.

Kyle: How is your record company, 111 records going?
It's in its beginning stages, but so far I am very pleased with the reaction.

Kyle: What do you see in your near future?
Hopefully, some success with "sari" and 111. Distant future? Hopefully more success with "sari", 111, and LFO.

If you had to do everything all over again, would you change anything?
No.

If you could say anything to your fans reading this, what would it be?
I really appreciate your support over the years and I hope you dig my new projects. Check out 111records.com!! Thank you.

That's it! Thanks for your time! :)
Thank you for the interview.
