How did it feel to have a starring role in "The Biggest Fan"?
How did it feel to have a starring role in "The Biggest Fan"? Well..my answer to that question is GREAT. *laughs* No, it is great. It's like the best time of my life.
I bet you were really nervous! When filming the movie, was it hard to remember all your lines? Did you forget any?
Sometimes I would forget lines, but they have somebody standing right there. Like, every time you would forget a line, they would be, "No, it's that", so they help you out a lot.
How have the public and fans embraced you as an actress?
Everybody seems pretty much supportive, and everybody is really cool!
How was your experience with Chris and the rest of the cast in the movie?
Everybody was amazing. Chris is so talented and so wonderful to work with. Everybody on the set loved him.
Did any of the other cast members do anything strange while on the set? Were there any pranks pulled?
So many, we had a comic, AD. We had all these weird people that you usually don't have. Like, we had a pastor and we had a comedian on the set. So, the comedian would do impressions of us and we would be laughing all day. He would always make fun of us.
Was "The Biggest Fan" experience better or worse than other experiences you have had in acting?
Better than anything I could ever imagine. It was just completely amazing.
Have you had any other movie offers since "The Biggest Fan"?
I'm up for a few things, I did a TV show pilot called Pajama Rama. Lately I've been promoting The Biggest Fan so it's kind of hectic.
Will you be taking your acting any farther, and pursue a singing career like many other actors/actresses?
I don't know, yet.
You've risen into fame so fast from just one movie, how does that feel?
It's like a dream. I'm just waiting for someone to pinch me and wake up. You know? *someone pinches her* OW, you be nice! *Kaila laughs* They pinched me.
You played a role in this movie that half the girls in America would loved to have played. How did that feel?
That's amazing, and every time I watch it I have to remind myself that it was me, because it is a dream come true.
Are you and chris close friends now that you worked on the movie, or do you only see each other every couple of months at the screenings, hardly ever talk?
Chris is amazing. He's just an incredible guy. Yeah, we're more friends now than before, I didn't know him before. But I guess we're friends.
I read somewhere that this was your first on-screen kiss. That had to have been nerve-wracking enough, but then to add Chris to the picture, did that freak you out?
It was! Well, to top it off, there were like a billion people surrounding me, so yeah, it was very nerve-wracking.
Do you have any information on when the movie is coming out on VHS or DVD? If so, how soon will it be coming out?
I don't know, yet.
Do you have any time you want it to come out?
I would love it to come out on Valentine's day. I think that would be perfect.
You've gone to a lot, if not all, of the movie screenings. How have the fans responded to you?
How have you guys responded to me? *fans watching the interview scream*. Ok, so far everybody has been really supportive.
If you could do anything over again, what would it be and why?
I would do over the kiss, because I could experience it. *laughs* No, there's a few things.
And last but not least, if you would say anything to fans reading this or watching this, what would it be?
I love you, and thank you for everything!
Thanks for the interview!
Thank you!
